Rankin forces Fashion Week to face up to its limited view of “beauty”

The fashion industry will be brought face-to-face with its narrow standards of beauty this London Fashion Week, through a unique collaboration between world-renowned photographer Rankin, designer Steven Tai and the charity Changing Faces. The Portrait Positive project, conceived by Stephen Bell, will challenge perceptions of beauty through a series of striking images of 16 different women with visible facial and bodily differences. Walmart and Ellen DeGeneres Partner on New, Exclusive Fashion Line

Walmart has announced a new fashion line designed by Comedienne Ellen DeGeneres. Walmart announced the new line in a blog post. The line, called EV1, will feature something around 60 different items including t-shirts, accessories, footwear and denim clothing.
