Asda has recently published its 2023 Gender Pay figures, in line with the requirement for all large companies to report annually. In a report submitted to the Government’s Gender Pay website, the supermarket confirmed the following: The mean pay difference between all male and female colleagues is 6.6% (2022: 7.6%) The median pay difference between all male and female colleagues is 5.0% (2022: 4.7%) A 0% median pay gap for hourly paid retail store colleagues who make up 84% of Asda’s total workforce.
