Waitrose launches new food waste campaign

Waitrose has launched a new campaign to help shoppers waste less food after a new survey commissioned by the retailer found fresh produce is among the top binned products. More than a quarter of people throw away food every day, with an estimated 10% of all groceries binned amounting to £364 a year, according to a poll issued by Waitrose.
