Awareness of the National Gambling Treatment Service (NGTS) continues to grow, following awareness raising campaigns led by the charity GambleAware, targeted primarily at high-risk male gamblers (PGSI 8+). Perfectly Imperfect initiative saves 50m packs of fruit and veg at risk of going to waste

A food waste saving initiative, launched by Tesco five years ago, has saved 50 million packs of fruit and vegetables. The scheme, called Perfectly Imperfect, was launched by the supermarket as a way of offering customers wonky food at risk of becoming waste. Tesco and Faerch launch PET ‘tray to tray’ recycling initiative

In an industry first, Tesco and Faerch have developed a closed loop recycling solution that ensures the secondary plastic packaging used to transport and hold products on Tesco shelves is retained by the food packaging industry and recycled back into new food contact primary packaging.
