The award-winning Bristol-based environmental charity City to Sea has moved to a four-day working week, without any reduction in pay for staff. The company’s 19 employees have all moved to a four-day, 32-hour working week with no reduction in pay. New analysis reveals the importance of SMEs to the British economy

New research reveals how important small and medium enterprises are for the British economy, as businesses that employ between one and 249 employees contribute more than £2 trillion in turnover and employ 44% of the British workforce.
