The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) Climate Misinformation Strategy Group has welcomed the Competition and Markets Authority’s new Green Claims Code, designed to help organisations remain legally compliant when making environmental claims.  The Code – which is particularly relevant to communications professionals – requires all environmental claims to be truthful, unambiguous, and transparent. CIPR’s AIinPR Panel welcomes UK government’s National AI Strategy

The CIPR’s AI in PR Panel has welcomed the publication of the UK government’s National AI Strategy, led by the Office for AI. The Panel, under new chair Andrew Bruce Smith, has however raised concerns around a lack of attention to the social impact of artificial intelligence.
