An accessible book service from the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) is celebrating reaching half a million books. RNIB Bookshare, which supports print-disabled learners, has a vast UK education collection that provides textbooks and materials to support the UK curriculum from early years to adult education. The free service, which can be accessed by teachers, students and now parents in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, has a range of accessible formats so books can be read electronically or adapted to suit personal reading needs. £25m investment in British potato industry to help manage climate change and COVID-19 impact

McCain, the UK’s largest manufacturer of frozen potato products, today launches the McCain Potato Farmer Pledge, an investment of £25 million in the British potato industry. National Lottery £2.1million gives community projects a welcome boost

The National Lottery Community Fund has announced £2,138,400 for 34 charities and community groups across Northern Ireland, to support local people in these uncertain times.
