In response to the devastation wrought by Hurricane Harvey, the Ad Council is launching public service advertisements (PSAs) today to encourage Americans to make monetary contributions to relief efforts. The PSAs direct audiences to visit HurricaneHarveyAid.org, where they can contribute to the rescue and recovery efforts by donating to organizations providing necessary supplies and services to those affected by Hurricane Harvey. NSPCC takes over First Utility website to raise funds to power Childline

The NSPCC has taken over the First Utility website for the month of August to encourage energy customers to do their bit to ensure children in need always have somewhere to go for help and advice. New and existing customers who switch to any of First Utility’s tariffs this month will generate a five pound donation from the energy company to the children’s charity.
