Serviceplan Group Unveil New House of Communication in Paris

Serviceplan France celebrated the relocation of their Paris headquarters to Rue de Villiers, Neuilly-sur-Seine, with an inauguration on Wednesday 19th October, which was attended by clients, agency colleagues and Paris-based German institutions. Fundraising Regulator publishes latest Annual Complaints Report for 2021/22

The Fundraising Regulator has recently published its latest Annual Complaints Report which covers the period 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022. The report analyses complaints received by the Fundraising Regulator and complaints reported to 56 of the UK’s largest fundraising charities. Data reported by the sample of charities that we surveyed shows that most have returned to in-person fundraising methods, such as door-to-door and in-person collections, after this activity was restricted throughout the pandemic.
